This may include a spouse, registered domestic partner, live-in boyfriend or girlfriend (a \u201ccohabitant\u201d), fiance(e), a child&#8217;s other parent, or an individual with whom the defendant has a serious dating relationship.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cTraumatic condition\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; is any wound or other bodily (corporal) injury resulting from the direct application of physical force.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It must be noted that a wound or injury does not have to be serious to constitute a traumatic condition.
